Writer and photographer Susan Laughlin has been New Hampshire Magazine’s food editor for more than 16 years. She has traveled the Granite State with fork and camera in hand, looking for the best breakfasts, burgers, poutine and overall dining excellence. Over the years, she’s written about the state’s top restaurants and chefs, young farmers, where to find the best brunch, and profiles of entrepreneurial brewers and distillers. She’s also been tapped by other publishers, including Food Network Magazine, Phaidon and Yankee Magazine, for her local dining expertise.
