Our Favorite Breakfast Spots for Pancake Season

What’s better than enjoying a from-scratch hotcake drizzled and dripping with real New Hampshire maple syrup? Nothing! (Unless, of course, there’s a local slice of bacon on the side.)
Here’s our list of favorite pancake houses and restaurants serving up the best pancakes and in-house maple syrup.
Polly’s Pancake Parlor

Polly’s has been a Granite State staple and fan favorite for more than 85 years! In addition to producing their own maple syrup, Polly’s pancakes are made from freshly milled and stone-ground flour. Polly’s is open Thursday through Monday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Pro tip: Polly’s can get very busy, especially on weekends, so be sure to call ahead to have your name added to the wait list.
Intervale Farm Pancake House

Loved by visitors and guests alike, the Intervale Farm Pancake House has been in operation for more than 30 years serving up delicious pancakes, waffles and other breakfast favorites. They’re 0pen 7 days a week, year round from 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Pro tip: Allot for extra time at the farm and visit the Fiddlefern Petting Farm after breakfast.
Stuart & John’s breakfast menu offers delicious donut holes, pancakes, waffles and omelets (all of which taste great slathered or dipped in their homemade syrup). Open Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. during maple season and spring (February through May).
Parker’s Maple Barn

Parker’s offers an extensive breakfast menu with delicious dishes for every palate (they even have 7 different types of pancakes to choose from!). Open Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Don’t forget to stop into the Parker Sugar House and watch the sap boil over a traditional wood fire; open Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Benton’s boasts an impressive selection of pancake and French toast platters, all served with their warm, homemade syrup. Open Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. to noon and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.
