Where to Find Lobster Inland

There are plenty of great options for lobster throughout inland New Hampshire.

Yes, the coast seems like the obvious place to enjoy all things crustacean, but delicious, fresh lobster meals can be found all around the state. Here are a few places and events where you can enjoy the bounty of the sea in a variety of ways from the traditional boiled preparation and rolls to a lobster dinner lake cruise and creamy mac and cheese.

Lobster on the Lake

Local Favorite

Weathervane Seafood Restaurant has a Lobster in the Rough location in Weirs Beach in Laconia at 279 Lakeside Ave., offering single- or twin-lobster dinners and Sea Monsters with larger lobsters, all at market prices.

The Kitchen Sink

Jonathan's Seafood Restaurant & Fish Market has it all, from fried clams to baked haddock. Lobster options are plentiful and include traditional boiled lobsters, lazy man's lobster, baked stuffed lobster, lobster scampi, lobster pie and, for the daring, try The Kitchen Sink – a baked 1-pound lobster stuffed with scallops, seared salmon, newburg sauce, lump crab meat, seafood stuffing, and it's all topped off with yet more newburg sauce. 280 East Side Rd., Conway. Lobster Celebration

Jesse's Steaks and Seafood is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. If it's lobster mac and cheese that you crave, then there's perhaps no better spot than O Steaks and Seafood with locations in Laconia and Concord.
