Amanda Osmer

This year, Grappone Automotive Group is celebrating 95 years of service to New Hampshire. Current owner Amanda Grappone Osmer has worked for more than 20 years in the business that her great-grandparents started as a gas station in 1924. Of all the things Grappone has come to be known for, Amanda is most proud of the team.  Growing up, she worked in all of the company’s departments and credits this for her current approach to leadership: Seek to understand people and their situations so you can best serve them. She’s also proud of the more than 20 women in leadership roles who help make Grappone tick every day.
