Molly's Restaurant is a locals' favorite in the vibrant downtown of Hanover. Filled with Dartmouth memorabilia and a warm atmosphere, the place brings them in for their wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas, pastas and juicy hamburgers. Watch your pizza fire while sitting at the bar enjoying a $2 margarita — they're legendary and served all day, every day. The mac n' cheese is also fired in the wood stove. While you are waiting, feast on fresh, hot bread, baked on site. Or choose one of their many seasonal salad selections. Desserts are monstrous and made in-house and worth every bite.
In summer the back patio, dappled with shade, is the place to be, along with one of their Main Street Cocktails, including a few with infused vodkas.
In 2013 Chef Justin won the Macaroni and Cheese Bake Off sponsored by the Granite State Dairy Promotion with the recipe submitted here. He also took home the award for Grand Champion for the same dish.
