Join the Beer Club!

New Hampshire Magazine is teaming up with New England's Tap House Grille of Hooksett to bring you a series of beer events featuring local NH breweries.

New Hampshire loves local beer. We know this for two major reasons – there are now over 50 craft breweries in the sate (and counting) and the annual Beer Guide issue, published each October, continues to be one of our best-selling issues three years running. New Hampshire is certainly not the biggest state, but we’re no Delaware, either. If you want to sample beer from around the Granite State, then that typically requires quite the road trip (or trips). Happily, restaurants such as New England’s Tap House Grille in Hooksett have caught on to your love of tasty beer and now bring the options to you.

In addition to its outstanding tap selection, which regularly includes local breweries, the Tap House is partnering with New Hampshire Magazine to bring you the monthly Beer Club. Every third Monday of the month you can meet that evening’s featured brewer, sample the beer (some of which will either be special brews or exclusive to the Beer Club) and enjoy tasty bites made with the specific beer pairings in mind.

“For beer enthusiasts, or even those just hoping to learn more about what’s behind the taps, the Beer Club gives the opportunity to talk about beer and socialize with others who share their interests,” says Dan Lagueux, owner of New England’s Tap House Grille.  

Lageux says he himself is enjoying the Beer Club evenings.

“I love drinking exclusive, limited edition beers while being part of something new, exciting and frankly, absolutely extraordinary.”

The Beer Club gatherings are by reservation only. Tickets are $30 per person and include beer samples and food pairings. Tickets can be purchased at nhbeerclub.com.

Purchase a membership to the Beer Club for $120. Annual membership will give folks a membership card that will grant them access to all Beer Club events in addition to $1 off their first pint for each visit to the Tap House.

Beer Club events are from 6:30-9 p.m. with the brewer talk and sampling beginning at 7 p.m.

Each event will spotlight one local New Hampshire brewery. The next NH Beer Club evening on Monday, November 21 will feature Tuckerman Brewing Co. of Conway.

Additionally, each Beer Club evening will benefit a local charity.
