Sometimes necessity is the mother of invention. In this case, the necessity gave two mothers the need for invention. Looking for healthy food to put on their own table, Kasia Lojko and Sonia Almodovar decided to prepare foods they would enjoy and offer them to the public. The first-time business owners cook and deliver nutrient-dense meals that are gluten-free, have no refined sugars, no preservatives and nothing artificial. They use organic and local produce whenever possible in addition to all-natural meats and local organic dairy products.

Each week they deliver meals on Tuesdays from Manchester to Nashua and Bedford to Litchfield. Customers make their selections by Saturday night from a short list of options that includes soups, salads, seafood and several vegan and vegetarian options. A healthy dessert is offered too.

There is no commitment to order every week, but the minimum order is $39 and there is a $5 delivery charge. Prices range from $9.99 a serving to $45 for a family portion.
