Third Annual NH Fish and Lobster Festival

The Third Annual NH Fish and Lobster Festival (aptly named the “NH Fishtival”) is taking place on Saturday, September 24 in Portsmouth.

This annual event is perfect for the whole family and is filled with great food, entertainment and opportunities to learn about fishing in New Hampshire. The NH Fishtival celebrates local fishermen, the surrounding fishing communities and traditions.

From noon until 4 p.m., Prescott Park will be filled with locally prepared and caught seafood, seafood cooking competitions, live music, demonstrations, boat tours and more. There will also be plenty for the kids including a touch tank, a meet and greet with fishermen, relay race and storytelling.

Admission for the Fishtival is free but local restaurants will be serving up their famous seafood dishes to event attendees for $4 per sample.
