Chris “Koz” Kozlowski (of Crescent City Bistro & Rum Bar fame) has opened another venue in Dover. Orchard Street Chop Shop offers a fine selection of steaks while upstairs, the Top of the Chop serves a more rustic menu in a casual atmosphere. Two chefs from Durham’s Three Chimneys Inn have recently been selected to have their biographies appear in the first edition of the International Who’s Who of Chefs for 2004-2005. Chef Philip Reilly and Chef Rebecca Esty were inducted to join a prestigious list of about 3,000 of the best chefs from 70 different countries. (868-7800)
