The Gourmet Buzz

Chef Ron Boucher of Ron’s Landing in North Hampton has opened a French cooking school in Greenland. Chez Boucher is located within Artichokes, a gourmet kitchen supply store on Breakfast Hill. Classes are offered throughout the week and feature French basics to French pastry and bistro cuisine. Friday evenings are reserved for themed dinner parties that include wine pairing and “cooking with friends.” In July and August, there will be cooking camps for kids aged 9 to 12.
