Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit

The Mill Brook Gallery and Sculpture Garden has once again opened its annual outdoor sculpture exhibit. The 24 artists combine to offer a wide variety of media from animals and abstract bronzes to marble and granite.All the sculptures are displayed throughout the perennial gardens, which are surrounded by woods, fields and a pond – these impressive gardens are worth a day of exploration on their own.Bob Shannahan, the maker of the wooly mammoth pictured above, will reveal his latest creation – a prehistoric bird. His incredible animals are life size and made entirely from natural materials. Shannahan’s prehistoric bear and camel will also be on display.The Mill Brook Gallery is both an indoor and outdoor experience filled with art from over 70 local and national artists. You’ll find original paintings, sculpture, prints, jewelry, custom furniture, photography, glass, ceramics, contemporary Native American Art and much more.
