Grilled sandwich made with Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, honey, organic apples and crushed pretzels on cinnamon raisin bread. How good does that sound?!

Organic, healthy and vegan-friendly, some gluten-free, this food truck also offers fresh juices, smoothies, soups, salads, weekly specials made from local produce, locally made breads and reasonable prices. Mon.-Tues. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wed.-Fri. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sat. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

They use responsibly farmed local ingredients with an emphasis on healthy.
