Seven Birches Winery is located at the lovely new RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain. They hand-craft classic European grape varietals and locally-sourced fruits into wines of distinction. Open for tastings, tours and special meet-the-winemaker tours. They are open daily, but visit the website for specific hours as they can change seasonally.
