Opened by inventor Dean Kamen, the Foundry’s décor takes it’s cues from the historic Manchester Millyard in which it’s located. Chef Matt Provenchers’s focus is on local farm-to-table ingredients and there’s an excellent selection of local NH beers as well. In addition, find a long wine list and private dining in the wine room. The Foundry is located in the former Jillian’s/World Sports Grille space, which has been thoroughly renovated with added touches of historic mill elements. In warmer months, definitely check out the great deck space that overlooks the river. An exciting addition to Manchester’s dining scene.
