Chefs and co-owners Mounsif Ghninou and Adel Semmar both started their careers in 1983 working in Boston’s North End. They’ve brought those North End flavors to the Seacoast, first opening Cafe Mediterraneo back in 1993. It’s since expanded several times to its current size and location on Congress Street. Fine Italian cuisine is served in a casual, but upscale atmosphere.
