‘Insights and Observations’

LOWELL, Mass. – David Barton and Jessica Cohen present “Insights and Observations” in their exhibit of painted and drawn figures.
“Insights and Observations” is at The Loading Dock Gallery at Western Avenue Studios, 122 Western Ave., second floor of the A-Mill from Sept. 30-Oct. 25.
