Individuals, trust companies and attorneys within and outside New Hampshire are selecting New Hampshire as the location of their trusts. The state’s trust laws are amazingly flexible and allow for changes to formerly irrevocable trusts which, even a few years ago, would have been unheard of. Dispute resolution is also now possible through non-judicial settlement agreements, which are being widely used.
