Where to Find Exercise-in-Disguise Workouts

Here's your guide to the best spots for dancing, surfing, and drumming your way to better health.

Exercise in disguise is the hot new trend that conceals workouts beneath a veneer of fun activities, from dancing to jumping on a trampoline. Gyms, fitness studios, and community centers around the state offer classes catering to this style of fitness. You can find a few of them in our September feature on exercise in disguise, but, if that's not enough to get you started, we've also compiled this statewide directory.

While this list doesn't include every one of the hundreds of gyms in New Hampshire where you can try exercise-in-disguise workouts, it is a good primer for new or experienced exercisers looking to try one of the trend's four major categories: barre, spinning, dance-inspired fitness, and gimmick classes.
