Goat Milk Products You'll Love

The health benefits of goat milk are legion: it’s easier to digest than cow’s milk, it’s virtually free of allergens and it rarely causes lactose intolerance, making it an excellent choice for the young, old, those who are fragile and those who wish to optimize their health.

And then there are the aesthetics of enjoying bounty from goats who are bred in happy surroundings by devoted farmers. In the words of the owners of Hickory Nut Farm: “At the end of each day, and the lights are turned off in the barn, we stand still and listen to the munching of hay. Peace!” Farms may have new “kids” in the spring, a great time to visit.
