Issac Kaufman, chef and owner at Salt & Lime, sources local hormone-free pork to make his own sausages, the main event, at his mobile food truck parked on Emerald Street. For $10, he offers a choice of several sausages on grilled buns, including the house special with sauerkraut and mustard, and Rick’s Link with smoked paprika bacon crumble, slaw, crushed potato chips and vinegar aioli. Open weekdays for lunch 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
