Issac Kaufman, chef and owner at Salt & Lime, sources local hormone-free pork to make his own sausages, the main event, at his mobile food truck parked on Emerald Street. For $10, he offers a choice of several sausages on grilled buns, including the house special with sauerkraut and mustard, and Rick’s Link with smoked paprika bacon crumble, slaw, crushed potato chips and vinegar aioli.
