There will be faculty artist demonstrations, a fascinating history walk from Kimball Jenkins to Horseshoe pond, tours around the estate’s design and construction, an interactive Minecraft architecture game and live music by the fabulous Walker Smith playing acoustic blues and heartfelt ballads. Celebrate and learn about handcrafts and homesteading skills! Crafters and practitioners will be set up so you can walk around and talk with them in an open house style setting. Skills being demonstrated include: composting, fiber arts, seed saving, food preservation and much more. COST: There is a suggested donation of $5-$10, payable at the door.
