BodeFest 2009

April 11 – Cannon Mt. Franconia Notch State Park

This year’s BodeFest is an all-day event that allows children and adults the opportunity to ski, race and spend time with sports hero Bode Miller to raise money for charity. The cost of registration is $30. Register the day of the event, starting at 8 a.m., at Cannon Mountain.

Events include:

Kids’ “Free Ski” with Bode
Fun Race Ski Challenge for all – two runs of modified GS
Photo and autograph session with Bode
Opportunity to acquire unique items at live and silent auctions
Live entertainment to follow the on-hill events

A portion of proceeds will benefit The Turtle Ridge Foundation, (www.turtleridgefoundation.org) a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting innovative and progressive environmental initiatives and youth athletic opportunities throughout the United States.

Schedule

8 a.m. – 10 a.m. registration at Notchview Lodge

9:30 a.m. Kids Free Ski with Bode (BodeFest ticketholders only)

10 a.m. – 12 p.m. First Run of modified GS (BodeFest ticket holders only)

12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Silent Auction items on display, bidding begins.

1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Second Run of Modified GS (BodeFest Ticket holders only)

3 p.m. – 4 p.m. Photo & Autograph session with Bode (BodeFest ticket holders only)
