Chuck Rolocek’s latest venture is open in Hampton. The long-awaited replacement for CR Sparks in Bedford is built upon the fine architectural bones of the former Bontá Restaurant. The menu is on par with CR Sparks, with everything from pizzas to satisfying salads to classic entrées like beef tenderloin. In fact, the executive chef, Chris Veatch, who opened Sparks 20 years ago, is on board here after a stint in Vermont. *Open for lunch Monday through Friday and dinner nightly.
