Turkey Panini

Description

Step up your leftovers sandwich game by making a panini with cranberry blood orange cognac chutney and locally raised turkey, and wash it down with a glass of hard cider. A panini press is helpful, but not necessary — you can also press the sandwich with another pan while cooking.

Ingredients

Turkey
Bread
Cheese
Butter
Chutney spread
Pickles (for serving)
Hard cider (for serving)

Preparation - Directions

Assemble sandwich. Heat on a panini maker or in a pan using a second pan as a press. Serve with pickles and a local hard cider.
