Grilled sandwich made with Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar, honey, organic apples and crushed pretzels on cinnamon raisin bread. How good does that sound?!

Organic, healthy and vegan-friendly, some gluten-free, this food truck also offers fresh juices, smoothies, soups, salads, weekly specials made from local produce, locally made breads and reasonable prices. Mon.-Tues. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wed.-Fri. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sat. 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Generously heaped, freshly picked lobster on a lightly toasted bun. Menu includes fried seafood, hamburgers, chili and chowder. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for lunch and dinner.

You can’t beat their combo of lobster roll and great fries.

Braised pulled pork on a warm roll topped with house aioli, cilantro, cucumber, carrots and Daikon radish. Tues., Wed., Sat. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thurs. and Fri. 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

They use responsibly farmed local ingredients with an emphasis on healthy.

Menu is on their Facebook page, which they update daily. Their most popular sandwich: Cubano, made with Mojo infused roast pork, ham, Swiss, mustard and pickles.

House-made falafel sandwich packed with fattoush salad, pickled red onion strands, farm greens, then drizzled with a tart lemon
tahini vinaigrette. To finish? A warm chocolate chip salted oat cookie.

To support a Kickstarter project by business school students at Dartmouth, a food truck “run by Dartmouth students, for Dartmouth students.” Serving locally sourced Mediterranean sandwiches, salads and desserts.

Some of B’s produce is from their organic gardens in Derry and otherwise they try to buy as much as they can locally. Tues.-Fri. 11 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sat. noon-6 p.m.

Fresh, made-to-order, Nature’s Way Angus beef burrito, deliciously loaded with add-on options like homemade pico de gallo, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream crema, jalapeños, onion, cilantro, beans, rice and tons of hot sauces.

Vegetarian burritos as well, plus breakfast burritos and coffee in the morning.
