Kick start or boost your practice with a daily dose of Pilates. If you've ever tried to establish a regular practice, this is the perfect program for you that will help to get you into a healthy routine. Starting or re-starting a movement practice is often the most difficult part. Once you’ve got some momentum going, it requires much less energy and effort to keep it up. Dedicate these two weeks to your body and kick start your new fitness regimen.
We get together each day from Monday through Friday for two weeks for a fabulous, fun and effective Pilates practice. Hearing the word boot camp, you might think of an especially hard workout, and tough drills. No worries, Pilates is a gentle yet extremely effective method to get your body back into balance. Think about it as a movement detox, where you’ll oil and realign your joints, and free your muscles from built up tension.
No pre-requisites needed. You'll get familiar with the Pilates equipment - even if you've never used it before. At the end of the bootcamp you can join any of our classes or our Pilates Challenge.
This boot camp is limited to 6 students; register early, as this will fill up quickly.
