Q: I just ordered New Hampshire Magazine. When will I receive my first issue?
A: It will take 6 - 8 weeks for service to begin. If more than 8 weeks
have passed, please contact subscriber services at (877) 494-2036.
Q: My issue of New Hampshire Magazine was defective. How can I request a new one?

A: You may mail a check with your invoice (please do not send cash) to
New Hampshire Magazine PO Box 3000 Denville, NJ 0783 or to pay by
credit card, call (877) 494-2036.
Q: How do I renew my subscription?
A: To renew your subscription online, click here.
We will contact you well in advance of your subscription expiration
date by mail so that you will not miss any future issues of New
Hampshire Magazine. If you feel that you have missed your renewal
notices or have recently moved, be sure to change your address by

must be received 4 weeks prior to subscription expiration to assure

Q: If I do not make a change of address, will the Post Office automatically forward my subscription?
A: No, the post office does not automatically forward your
subscription. You must file a request for an address change. Please

Q: How can I obtain a back issue of New Hampshire Magazine?

Q: I am interested in finding an article that ran in New Hampshire
Magazine, but I do not know the issue. How can I find the article I am
looking for?
A: Use the search box at the top of every page to find articles. If you can't locate a particular article through the seach please contact our editorial staff who will help you do the research. Reach them by telephone at (877) 494-2036.

Q: What is your subscription refund policy?
A: If you select "Bill Me" as your payment option, you will receive an
invoice shortly after you receive your first issue of the magazine. If
you prefer not to keep the subscription, simply write "Cancel" on the
bill and return it in the envelope provided. If you have paid for your
magazine subscription and wish to cancel, please contact our subscriber
services department at (877) 494-2036. Refunds are prorated for the
number of issues received.

Q: What do I do if I’ve received a bill, but I’ve already paid?
A: If you received a bill after you paid for your subscription, your
payment probably crossed in the mail. Please allow up to 6 weeks for
your payment to post to your account.
Q: What happens if I get a damaged issue?

Q: What happens if I miss an issue?
A: If you have seen New Hampshire Magazine on the newsstand and have
not yet received your copy, it’s probably in the mail. Please allow
until the 7th day of the current issue month before reporting a
problem. (For example, if you have not received the May issue of New
Hampshire Magazine, please wait until May 7 before contacting us.) If
