Multimedia Featured: Local Angels Christmas Music
A number of years ago New Hampshire Magazine produced a full-length Christmas CD that featured original music by Granite State performers. It was called "Local Angels" and it sold out quickly. Proceeds from the sales benefited a worthy charity called "Friends of Forgotten Children" that collects food and toys to distribute to families in need during the holidays. To help spread a little Christmas cheer, we decided to put the songs online for the month of December. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Learn more about the CD's history with New Hampshire Magazine Editor Rick Broussard's December Editor's Note. 1. Peggo and Paul - Good King Wenceslas (3:13)

Want to spread a little Christmas music cheer of your own? We'll let Editor Rick Broussard explain with an excerpt from his latest Editor's Note: "We're inviting you to post your own holiday songs - originals or classics. Even folks who can't carry a tune in a bucket can be found singing at this time of year. So just grab a video of yourself, your family and friends, your a capella choir or glee club (or even your barking dogs) and submit it. Be creative. The result will be a bit like using the Internet to go caroling across the state. I like to think of it as a virtual choir of "local angels." Either way, it's certainly a chance to get into the DIY spirit of the season for our most musical (and magical) of holidays. So have fun and post as many songs as you like." How do I upload my video? Simply e-mail your video as an attachment to this address provided by YouTube: nehirvtuq8eo@m.youtube.com This will automatically add your video to New Hampshire Magazine's YouTube Channel. Audio
