Regular Contributors
Karen Jamrog
Karen is our regular contributor for "Staying Well," also contributed to an earlier incarnation of the magazine, New Hampshire Editions. As a freelancer, she often writes human interest stories and profiles, along with a vast assortment of corporate and healthcare industry pieces.
Stacy Milbouer and Tom Long
Our Insiders Guides, published every other month and combing the state for tips and trips, is written by the team of Stacy Milbouer and Tom Long - free-lance writers with 61 years combined daily newspaper experience. They live and work in a cottage overlooking the Merrimack River with their son Sam. Long does the laundry. Milbouer belongs to the PT O. Each has published a book and, if they can stop arguing about it, they have a plan for a book they will write together.
Martha Bauman
Martha, who writes "Senior Life," is well-credentialed with an extensive background in human services administration. And she's now a consumer board member of the national Medicare Rights Center and on the advisory council of the N.H. Endowment for Health. No rocking chair for her, she also writes weekly column on senior life for the Keene Sentinel. She wants her younger colleagues to know that age 75 is a hoot.
Brad Fitzpatrick
Brad's Bio: Each month our Last Laugh humor page is made even funnier by the art of Brad "Fitzillo" Fitzpatrick. He's a freelance illustrator, animator, & cartoonist who admits to spending most of his days drawing funny little cartoon pictures from his home studio in the deep woods of Maine where no one can physically find him. In his spare time Brad tries to make his family & friends laugh at inopportune moments. He's also an avid golfer, skilled beer-drinker, camping & outdoor enthusiast, and seasoned procrastinator. Not many people know this about Brad, but he's also a pretty darn good juggler after a few of those beers.
