It's finally the week of Halloween, and that means it's time to put on your costume and head to Portsmouth for a unique parade experience.

The Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive community celebration of creativity, resourcefulness, collaboration and free expression on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Always held on October 31st, the PHP invites everyone to get on a get-up and get down to downtown!

While the focus of the night is the parade, stay after it's done for parties, music and celebration at various locations throughout the city.
