1. Neighboring, Exeter, June 20-July 14

2. Summer Solstice Celebration at Pope Memorial SPCA, Concord, June 21

3. The Whipping Man, Peterborough, June 21-July 2

4. NH's One-Room Rural Schools: Romance & Reality, Center Harbor, June 22

5. NH PoutineFest, Manchester, June 24

Ten restaurants, including Bar One and The Foundry, present their versions of the French-Canadian classic and compete for the honor of "Best Poutine at the Fest." More info here.


6. Rochester Independent Film Festival, Rochester, June 24-25

Cinephiles won't want to miss this brand-new fest, featuring nine of the hottest indie films of past and present, including 2009 war drama "The Messenger" and the Sidney Poitier classic "In the Heat of the Night." More info here.
