New Hampshire Magazine Overview

New Hampshire residents enjoy the state for its lifestyle. Close enough to Boston to enjoy its pleasures yet far enough away to avoid its congestion, the Granite State offers a beautiful seacoast, pristine mountains, and a scenic landscape. Its cultural offerings are as diverse as its historical flavor, all of which adds a perspective that is genuinely New Hampshire.

The Granite State ranks among the tops in the nation in median household income ($49,509), disposable personal income ($26,732), and retail sales per household ($33,016). New Hampshire is again among the tops in the nation in percentage of people with Bachelor’s Degrees or higher (30%) and percentage of voters casting ballots for President (58%). Meanwhile, the state ranks among the lowest in criminal offenses, violent crime, and poverty rates.

New Hampshire Magazine reflects this culture and lifestyle in each and every issue.
