Pancakes are the thing for March. What’s better than enjoying a hotcake drizzled and dripping with real New Hampshire maple syrup at a local pancake house with its own maple syrup facility?

Here's a quick rundown of our must-try list of restaurants serving up the best pancakes and inhouse maple syrup.

Polly’s Pancake Parlor

Did you know? Once a seasonal operation, Polly's is now open year round and diners can call ahead to have their name added to the wait list or make a reservation. Polly's also makes their pancakes from freshly milled and stone-ground flour in addition to their own maple syrup.
