Bookstore Anniversary Celebration With Dan Brown




Water Street Bookstore in Exeter is celebrating 20 years with New Hampshire author Dan Brown. His bestselling books "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons" were each made into movies starring Tom Hanks. Brown will be on hand to meet fans and to sign books.The special illustrated editions of his books will be available for purchase and signing. Cake and punch will be served.This party and signing, with one of New Hampshire's most successful authors, marks the beginning of Water Street Bookstore's 20th Anniversary celebration, ending with the Pitch-a-Palooza event on November 12, where they hope to discover the next generation of great local writers.Check www.waterstreetbooks.com for information on all of the 20th Anniversary events, including a 20 percent off on everything sale for members (Saturday Nov. 5 through Monday Nov. 7), open mic poetry on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m., reading and signing with author Beach Conger on Thursday, Nov. 10 and a Staff Picks Night on Friday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m.The anniversary celebration kickoff event with Dan Brown is on November 4 from 6 p.m.–8 p.m. at Water Street Bookstore, 125 Water Street in Exeter.
