Holiday Stuffed Grape Leaves




Stuffed Grape Leaves1 jar of brined grape leaves (now in most international food sections)1 package of your favorite rice mixture (about 2 cups)1/2 cup chopped nuts (pinenuts are nice)1/2 cup chopped dried fruit, like apricots, figs or datesMix the cooked rice (cooled), nuts and fruit and fill each spread out grape leave in the center with about 2 T of the mixture. Tuck in both sides of the leave and roll up tightly. Makes about 20 leaves.
