Grain Elevators




I am a big fan of good bread, often overindulging at restaurants when my nose promises my tastebuds a worthy experience. But Lynda Shortt, of Mont Vernon, is obsessed with bread. It all started with a book on artisan bread, a week at the baking school at King Arthur Flour in Vermont and a few orders from friends and neighbors — her “bread faithful.”
