Pampering Mom

We asked four N.H. companies to create a Mother's Day gift basket filled with items to help Mom kick back and relax. See something you like? Each basket is $120 or under and available for purchase.

WinnerChalifour's Flowers, Gifts & GourmetThe staff was impressed by the twist on a classic Mother's Day gift - breakfast in bed. This wasn't our favorite simply based on looks - it's packed with delicious jams, teas, N.H.-made coffee (and other items), two teapots and even a dainty teacup and saucer Mom will love.

Gift Baskets by Your DesignIf you're looking for all N.H.-made items, this is your basket. Everything included was made in the Granite State (except the ribbon), from the book of poetry by N.H. author Glenn Currie to the chocolates made by Concord's Granite State Candy Shoppe. Extra creativity points for using a hat box (also made in N.H.) as the container.

Caring GiftsThis basket will definitely encourage your mom to spend the morning lounging on the couch. Mom can settle in for a relaxing morning with her new 100-percent-cotton pajamas, "Sunday Brunch Crosswords" book, slippers and N.H.-made maple coffee.
