The Blues Summit, featuring Robert Cray, is a part of the Best of NH award-winning Concerts for the Cause series to benefit local children and families in need through the good works of Child and Family Services.
The $27 and $40 tickets are available at the Capitol Center for the Arts box office. The $75 VIP tickets, which include priority seats to the show, passes to the VIP reception to which the artist is invited and acknowledgement in playbill, are available only through Child and Family Services.
Rolling Stone Magazine calls Robert Cray “one of the greatest guitarists of his generation.”
The five-time Grammy winning, multi-platinum-selling, Blues Hall of Fame honoree, comes to NH on the heels of his appearance in Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival, 2013. His soulful voice, creative guitar work, meaningful songs and impactful live performances show why he has been credited with ushering the blues genre into the 21st century.
Guitar Player Magazine says, “Robert Cray is not only making great music, he’s making history.”
All proceeds from this Concerts for the Cause presentation of The Robert Cray Band will support Child and Family Services’ work with victims of abuse and neglect, babies at risk, homeless and troubled youth, and impoverished families and will assist in providing scholarships for disadvantaged children to attend Camp Spaulding. Proceeds will also support the Agency’s work at the legislative level, advocating on behalf of NH children and families.
New Hampshire Magazine is a proud sponsor of this event.
