Tasting Terroir in Chocolate & Wine

Date/Time

Sep 6, 2013

Description

The Naughty Vine has partnered with Dancing Lion Chocolate from Manchester, NH to offer an extraordinary evening of artisan chocolate paired with Northeast regional wines. Imagine rare single plantation chocolate that can be sampled like fine wine. As the taste lingers, savor the aroma of a limited-production wine sourced from a regional winery. Experience the magic when these flavors are brought together, creating sensual harmony. Repeat the process five times and finish with a one-of-a-kind Dancing Lion Chocolate bonbon!

Richard Tango-Lowy, Master Chocolatier and owner of Dancing Lion Chocolate, will be your teacher and guide for this special event. You will learn what makes each of his creations unique, and discover that chocolate tasting is closely aligned with tasting wines. Robert Woods, proprietor of the Naughty Vine, has selected wines that display the virtuosity of local winemakers and that will complement a wide range of chocolates. Together they will lead you on an unforgettable journey.
