Description

 Wheelchair Health In Motion (WHIM) presents "Spring Get Fit Series"!
 
Each WHIM session during the 3-week series will include the program's regular sit-down upper body exercise routine with a special "Get Fit" activity. Special activities will be led by experienced instructors and include: tai chi, yoga and visualization. All activities are adapted so they can be performed in a sitting position. All levels of ability welcome!
 
WHIM, a program of Sunset Hill Educational Institute, is a peer-driven program developed for individuals with physical disabilities that use wheelchairs and individuals with low mobility.
