"South Pacific" by Opera North

Aug 3, 2013 to Aug 17, 2013

This event occurs weekly, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s "South Pacific" continues Opera North's highly successful productions of musical theater with full orchestra and classically trained voices as was originally conceived. This selection is in keeping with our vision of grand performances with great live classical singing. As an aside, the original cast of South Pacific included the great Metropolitan Opera Bass Ezio Pinza featured in the role of Emil de Becque.
