On September 17, 1787, the delegates to a little convention in Philadelphia signed the groundbreaking document known as the US Constitution. For the past century or so, the date has been marked with its own holiday in celebration of the document and of all those who have become US citizens. Our local revolutionary museum marks the day with all kinds of Constitution-based education and a chance to visit with the drafts and copies of the Constitution that are housed in their collection.
Free with museum admission.
