Executive Chef Corey Fletcher heads up the team at the Centennial Inn's Granite Restaurant & Bar, a beautifully renovated space. He found his way onto the culinary map after a stint at the Colby HIll Inn in Henniker.
Using local foods where possible, he brings New American cuisine to life with influences from the Caribbean and Latin America.
The "Nosh" menu includes small bites for late-night sampling or just a light meal. Yellowfin tuna is served with a sesame scallion sticky rice, while grilled cheese sandwiches are prepared with brioche, brie and rhubarb jam.
Classics include spiced breast of duck with house-cured duck confit and a Grand Marnier orange marmalade.
