NH People Fest

People Fest is a celebration of what makes Manchester unique - its people. People Fest is a revival of the International Festival that was held for years in Manchester until it dissolved in 1990. The festival was revived in 2007 and has since become a celebration of diversity that features dancing, food, music, art, educational exhibits and much more.

Manchester's deep cultural roots and traditions established more than a century ago began with the French Canadians, Scotch/Irish, Italians, Greek and Lebanese and continue today with a growing number of newcomers from around the world from countries such as South America, Vietnam, Bosnia, Sudan, Somalia, Bhutan and more. People Fest is a chance to experience these different cultures, to rediscover Manchester's history and to celebrate the future.

Once again the festival will be held in cooperation with Art in the Park, an event by the Manchester Artists Association showcasing local artists and their work.
